Air Force Airman Sullivan S. Williams, a 2009 graduate of L.W. Higgins High School, Marrero, has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio. He is the son of Umica Williams of Westwego.
Justin Michael Pigford, a 2006 graduate of Jesuit High School, New Orleans, has graduated from the Army ROTC (Reserve Officer Training Corps) Leaders Training Course at Fort Knox, Ky. He is a student at Louisiana State University. He is the son of Lisa Anne LeBlanc of Luling and David Pigford of Westwego.
