ARCHBISHOP SHAW
Archbishop Shaw High School Parents Association will sponsor a drive-through chicken barbecue dinner on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the school's circle drive, by the cafeteria.
The dinner includes a fourth of a chicken, cole slaw, corn on the cob, bread and dessert for $8.

LIVAUDAIS
The library at Livaudais Middle School will host a special Book Fair from Scholastic Nov. 2 through 6 from 7:30 a.m. to 2:20 p.m. daily to help raise money for new library books.
The book fair will feature books for young teens and adults, including mystery and adventure novels, fantasy trilogies, sports guides and the latest bestsellers from more than 150 publishers. Parents, children, teachers and the community are invited.
In conjunction with the Book Fair, Livaudais Middle School will host a Family Literacy Night on Nov. 3 from 6 to 8 p.m.
The Book Fair will be open in the library during Family Literacy Night. All parents and students are invited.
Sponsorships are available. Area businesses interested in making a donation are asked to call Daphne Miller at 504.391.1163.
