East St. John High
It's homecoming time at East St. John High. The Wildcats will meet Destrehan on Friday at Joe Keller Stadium in LaPlace.
The Student Council and class officers planned many activities to boost spirit.
Dress-down days planned were mix-n-match, twin, retro/90s and fake an injury. Black and Gold Day will be Friday.
A parade will be held today at 2:45 p.m. It will begin at Central Avenue in Reserve and end at the St. John School Board office on River Road in Reserve.
After the parade, a bonfire will be held at the school.
On Friday morning, a pep rally will be held. "Super Heroes" is the theme.
The homecoming court will be presented before the game. The queen will be crowned at halftime.
