Final hearing on master plan Tuesday
The New Orleans City Planning Commission will hold its final public hearing on the city's proposed master plan Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. in the City Council chamber at City Hall, 1300 Perdido St.
Written comments may be submitted to the commission until Wednesday at 5 p.m. They may be mailed to 1340 Poydras St., Room 900, New Orleans, LA 70112, marked Attention: Master Plan. Comments may also be faxed to 504.658.7032 or e-mailed to nola.masterplan@goodyclancy.com.
The commission is expected to take action on the plan at its Nov. 10 meeting, although that vote could be delayed if the commission is still seeking revisions from its team of consultants led by the Boston planning firm Goody Clancy.
The plan can be reviewed on the project's Web site, www.nolamasterplan.org.
